Indians under the ‘cascade regime’ category will now enjoy an extra two-year stay in 29 countries. They can enter and stay in these countries multiple times. Moreover, if their passport is valid for more than 5 years, they can extend their visa for an additional 5 years. However, if their passport is set to expire within three years, they won’t be eligible for a five-year extension on their Schengen visa.
