Canada Business Visa
Canada offers different types of visas for individuals interested in conducting business activities in the country. The most common option is the Temporary Resident Visa (TRV), which allows individuals to visit Canada for business purposes.
Temporary Resident Visa (TRV)
This visa is suitable for individuals who wish to visit Canada for business-related activities, such as attending meetings, conferences, or exploring potential business opportunities. The TRV is typically valid for a limited period, usually up to six months.
To apply for a TRV, you will need to submit the following documents:
A valid passport that remains valid for the duration of your stay in Canada.
A completed application form for a Temporary Resident Visa.
Proof of financial means to cover your travel expenses and support yourself during your stay.
An invitation letter or supporting documents from the Canadian business or organization you will be visiting.
Any additional documents requested by the Canadian consulate/embassy, such as travel itinerary, employment letter, or proof of ties to your home country.
It’s important to note that the TRV does not allow you to engage in work or gainful employment in Canada. If you intend to work in Canada or establish a business, you may need to explore other options, such as the Start-up Visa Program or the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) for entrepreneurs.
